Safer Neighbourhood Panel Update

Hi Resident,

Thursday saw the latest Safer Neigbourhood Panel with our local officers - PC Megan Vincent, and Sergeant Chris Heal.

There was a really good turnout - the highest in my 6 year involvement in the Panel I believe.

Points of note:

crime in Shooters Hill is down on the same period last year

as regular readers of my Shooters Hill alerts will know - there has been a spike in theft from Motor Vehicle

5 successful warrants were executed in the ward in response to concerns and reports from community - that is why reporting is so important!

The fire in Edgehill as a result of ASB which has very sadly has led to 8 residents being displaced was discussed as was the recent issues in Shrewsbury Park.

Herbert Road remains a concern, and it is really important community report ASB and crime that goes on there so police have an accurate picture. I know there are residents that care and want to turn the situation around.
